Most people THINK they're good in bed, but obviously that doesn't mean they ARE.  If things aren't as hot in YOUR bedroom as you wish they were, here are five signs you're not very good in the sack.

#1.)  You're Really Quiet. You don't have to wake up the neighbors.  But you shouldn't be silent either.  It won't be GREAT sex unless you let the other person know they're doing a good job.

#2.)  Your Bedroom Is a Mess. Apparently a messy bedroom can be distracting for some people . . . or even stressful, especially if you have bills or papers from work lying around.

--Once you get STARTED, you probably won't even NOTICE if the room is messy.  But apparently it can be a mood-killer leading UP to the big event.

#3.)  It Takes You Fifteen Minutes Just to Prepare. Women are usually the ones who do this, and guys HATE it.  If you have to shower, brush your teeth, take out your contacts, and wash your face before you get busy, chances are it won't be very good.

Rocsi Leaving 106 & Park

“106 & Park” co-host Rocsi Diaz has her sights on Hollywood. The Honduran-Chilean beauty is leaving the BET show after nearly seven years and moving to California to pursue acting. Diaz already scored a role in a project starring Lynn Whitfield, we’re told. She joined “106 & Park” in 2006 after working as a radio DJ in Boston and Chicago. Her “106” sidekick, Terrence J, is also said to be leaving the show to pursue acting. Terrence is dating model Selita Ebanks.

There aren't any stats for how many weddings get CALLED OFF because of what the groom did at the BACHELOR PARTY.  But there have to be at least a few every weekend, right?

--A new survey asked men what bachelor party activities would count as the groom CHEATING on his future wife.  Here's what they found . . .

--94% say having sex with another woman is cheating.  Which means 6% think it's okay for the groom to HAVE SEX at his own bachelor party.

--82% say kissing another woman is cheating.

--64% say touching another woman intimately is cheating.

--Only 8% say getting a lap dance is cheating.

--And 2% say going to a strip club or being anywhere NEAR strippers is cheating.

--The survey also found that 19% of men say they've witnessed a groom cheating on his future wife at the bachelor party.

We're about to drop some priceless knowledge on you, so listen up.  ESPECIALLY you, perverts.

--A new study has determined the exact TIME and DAY of the week when women are most in the mood to get-it-on.  And it is . . . 11:00 P.M. on Saturday.

--The authors didn't elaborate on WHY that's the time and day that women's sex drives are the highest.  But we're assuming it's some combination of being

relaxed on the weekend, and having put down a few drinks.

--The study also found that 40% of women say having relations OUTDOORS is the, quote, "most exciting" way to change things up.  Sex on the beach came in

second, and sex at work came in third.

Forget tennis, Serena Williams got a new sport ... the rap game -- and she's making her debut with a brand new song that's actually pretty catchy.

Now, one of the tracks has finally surfaced -- and it ain't half bad.

RIHANNA: Hospitalized

Rihanna was reportedly taken to the hospital after suffering from exhaustion and dehydration on Monday night. She was reportedly rushed to a New York medical facility after partying that same night at the Met Gala. After one of her Twitter followers asked her why she had been so quiet that day, the singer posted a picture of an IV drip attached to her arm.

After a short stay at the hospital, she was let go and flown back to Los Angeles by private jet.

As the mystery surrounding the 75-year-old Godfather of Go-Go’s condition deepened last week, Twitter-spawned rumors of his death ricocheted across the Internet. The musician’s family and manager swatted down the story, but the question persisted: What’s really wrong with Chuck Brown?

On Monday, Brown’s daughter, KK Brown, finally raised the curtain on his condition. “He has pneumonia,” she said in a brief interview, adding that he’s been hospitalized for two months. “He is in the hospital, he is recovering and people need to just keep praying for him.”

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is counting down the days until she gives birth -- and can finally prove to the world that she's a good mom.

In an interview with V magazine, the Jersey Shore star says, "I can't wait to meet my kid! Everyone will be surprised to see a different side of me. I'm loving, caring, sensitive, protective and very maternal, no matter what people might think."

Snooks adds, "I am probably the number-one most-bullied celebrity. I really don't go with trends. I don't try to fit in like everyone else does in Hollywood. I just like to be different and I don't care."
